Our salon is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflected in the loyalty of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.
Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

SALON OWNER
Denise has been a stylist for 32 years! She has been with Tangles for the last 20 years and has owned Tangles for the past year and a half. Denise enjoys running the business but still has a passion for creating beautiful hair! She is Redken color certified and learned color theory at the Redken Exchange in New York City! Denise loves haircut transformations and doing natural looking beautiful highlights!

Treasure
SALON MANAGER
Treasure is our Salon Manager, she takes that title seriously and she is wonderful at her job. Treasure is a fast talker and faster typist. Her passion at the salon is making sure ALL the clients are happy with their appointment times! She works very hard to make this happen. We appreciate all you do for us!! Her passion at home is her husband Billy of 20 plus years and her two beautiful girls Cali and Carlie.

STYLIST
Lisa has been at Tangles since 1994! Her passion is in hair color. She has attended countless hours in continuing education, her favorite being the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas. Lisa enjoys communicating with her clients to understand their wants and needs to choose the correct technique for each person!

Karen has been in the industry for 28 years! She is well educated in all aspects of cosmetology. Her passion is in cutting hair and the transformations of her clients. She enjoys communicating with them to better understand their needs and making them feel and look their best! She has attended numerous continuing education classes over the years, with her most memorable being the time she spent at the Redken Exchange in New York City furthering her knowledge on cutting techniques!

Meet Lucy! She has been behind the chair since 2010. Lucy enjoys teaching clients how to style and embrace their naturally curly hair! Her goal is to always make every client sitting in her chair feel confident about what they like and want! Lucy has lots of continuing education under her belt, her favorite being at the Redken Exchange in New York!

STYLIST
Kari has been at Tangles since October of 2014. She immediately fit in and built her clientele quickly. She has attended many hair shows for Redken/Pureology in Grand Rapids and in Lake Geneva Wisconsin, as well as taken many classes by the likes of Kris Sorbie & Jeff Deshazer. Kari loves to attend some sort of hair show or education every couple of months to keep her creativity flowing. She isn't afraid to try new techniques and does an amazing ombre/sombre & balayage!

Becky has been at Tangles since May 2019, but a hairdresser for 29 years, starting right out of high school. She enjoys making her clients happy and retaining connections through years of customer service. Becky has been to many classes and training over her years, always taking away something that can genuinely benefit her clients. Be it a color technique, new cutting technique for curly hair, or product knowledge.

Kayla started at Tangles in 2019 right after graduating high school. She has gone to continue her education being certified in Brazilian Blowout, Donna Bella hair extensions as well as taking frequent classes to stay up-to-date on new and upcoming trends. Her passion is color transformations and bridal updos! Kayla enjoys getting to know her clients and making them feel beautiful!

STYLIST | MAKEUP ARTIST | LASH TECH
Taylor has been with Tangles since 2021 and has been doing hair for 7 years. Her favorite things to do are Balayage, big color transformations and event style updos! Taylor has extended her service list by offering Donna Bella Hair extensions, lash extensions, and makeup! She has a great passion for continuing education and keeping up with the trending styles! Taylor is currently taking classes to become a Redken Specialist.

Sam has been a stylist since 2019. She has worked at Tangles since 2022. While being at Tangles Sam has started working to become a Redken Certified Specialist. Sam loves creating beautiful, fun transformations. She specializes in Bridal Styles and Balayage! Sam loves to keep up with the trends by attending education classes often, her favorite being Redken Symposium 2023 in Texas and Shades EQ Breakdown by Adrienne Dara.

Amya has been with Tangles since 2022. She started with us as an assistant and is currently in beauty college at Vogue Beauty College! She currently offers lash extensions here at Tangles!

Joan has been the mom of the salon for 20+ years and we all love her. She always, and I mean always brings us a snack on Monday's. She will whip us into shape when we need it. Don't let her fool you, she may be small, but she can be fierce. She keeps the salon looking amazing!
